It’s 4:00 AM in Manila. While most of the city is silent, my world is wide awake. To my left, I am about to turn off my monitor glowing with CX quality metrics. To my right, I’m about to get back to a half-finished crochet project and an open tab of flight schedules for my next “Side Quest.”
For a long time, I thought these two parts of my life—the high-pressure tech manager and the quiet, detail-oriented crafter—were at odds. I felt stuck in a loop: working the night shift to fund a life I was too tired to actually enjoy.
But I’ve realized… that was a trap. We are taught to trade our hours for a paycheck and then spend that paycheck to “escape” our lives.
I’m changing the rules.
Through Stitch and Roam, I’m documenting a new way to live:
- The Stitch: Reclaiming the “slow.” Whether it’s a crochet hook or a gaming console, it’s about the precision, the craft, and the joy of creating something from nothing.
- The Roam: Reimagining travel. No more “DIY burnout.” I’m applying my CX management skills to design travel experiences that actually make sense—balancing the high-speed “Speedruns” with the soul-feeding “Side Quests.”
I’m not just sharing photos; I’m sharing Systems. If you’ve ever felt like you’re just “clocking in” your life, or if you’ve ever sat in a beautiful destination but felt too stressed to enjoy it, this is for you. I’m building “Tech-Ready” itineraries and “Energy-Coded” guides for the modern night owl, the gamer, and the maker.

I’ve spent my recent end-of-night-shifts auditing my past travels through a “Quality” lens. My first Speedrun vs. Side Quest Guide for Bohol is now officially available, and I’m giving it out for free! Download here.
